- Returns are accepted for items purchased directly from https://floralfits.com.
- Products must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Items must be returned within 7 days from the delivery date to be eligible for a return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Due to hygiene and safety concerns, certain items cannot be returned. This includes:
- Undergarments
- Clearance or final sale items
- Any items that have been used, worn, altered, or washed will not be accepted for return.

- Prepare Your Return
- Place the item(s) in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Include a copy of the purchase receipt or invoice inside the package.
- Ship the Return
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
4. Refund Policy
- Inspection and Approval: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it within 5-7 business days to ensure it meets our return criteria.
- Approval and Refund Process: If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

- Photos of the damaged or defective item
